This combined with his many years in Madeira with experiences from high class hotels such as Reid’s Palace, The Cliff Bay and Casa Velha do Palheiro, have helped create a most exciting and creative cuisine. Casa Velha do Palheiro was recently presenting its latest a la carte menu with classics such as Lion of Lamb with a herb pistachio crust, as well as more innovative cuisine like Oven cooked fish of the day with fresh herbs.
